These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of esimexpart.com (the "Site"), operated by Tasnima Tabassum Ema ("esimexpart," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

What esimexpart is

esimexpart is an independent comparison site for eSIM data plans. We are not a mobile network operator or eSIM provider ourselves — we display plan information sourced from third-party providers (each, a "Provider") and, where you choose to proceed, direct you to that Provider's own purchase flow.

We are not the seller

To be unambiguous: esimexpart does not sell eSIMs, process payments, issue QR codes, or provide network service. Any plan you purchase after leaving our Site is sold by, billed by, and fulfilled entirely by the Provider you were directed to. The contract of sale, and any dispute about activation, coverage, refunds, or support, is between you and that Provider under their own terms — not an agreement with esimexpart, and not something esimexpart is a party to.

Comparisons and rankings are informational only

Where the Site sorts, filters, or highlights plans (for example, "cheapest first" or "best price per GB"), that ordering reflects the criteria you selected applied to the data synced from Providers at the time you viewed the page. It is a display tool, not an endorsement, and not a claim that any particular result is objectively the best, cheapest, or most suitable plan for your trip. Coverage quality, device compatibility, and support experience vary by Provider and by destination in ways our data doesn't fully capture — review a plan's own details on the Provider's site before you buy.

Accuracy of information

Plan pricing and availability shown on esimexpart is synced from Provider sources and intended to be current, but pricing, availability, coverage, and plan details can change on the Provider's side between syncs, and we do not guarantee that what's shown on the Site exactly matches what a Provider will honor at checkout. Always confirm final price and terms with the Provider before completing a purchase.

Affiliate relationships

esimexpart participates in affiliate programs and may earn a commission on purchases made through links on this Site, at no extra cost to you. See our Affiliate Disclosure for details. Affiliate relationships do not influence the plan data we display, which is sourced directly from Provider feeds.

Prohibited conduct

In addition to the general rule that you won't use the Site unlawfully or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it, you agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or use bots, scripts, or other automated means to systematically extract plan data, pricing, or comparison results from the Site;
• Copy, republish, mirror, or redistribute the Site's synced data or comparison output, in bulk or on an ongoing automated basis, to build or supply a competing product, dataset, or service;
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, access controls, or normal browsing behavior to harvest data at a scale beyond ordinary personal use; or
• Reverse-engineer how the Site sources, syncs, or structures Provider data in order to replicate it elsewhere.

We build and maintain our own data pipeline from Provider sources, so we recognize this kind of large-scale, automated copying when we see it, and we reserve the right to block access, rate-limit, or take other action against traffic that fits this pattern.

Intellectual property

The design, text, and original content on esimexpart are owned by esimexpart unless otherwise noted. Provider names, logos, and trademarks referenced on the Site belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site, and the plan and pricing information shown on it, is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by applicable law. We don't guarantee that any plan, price, or Provider detail displayed is accurate, complete, or currently honored, and we don't guarantee that any comparison or ranking result is the best or cheapest option available to you. To the fullest extent permitted by law, esimexpart is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Site, from reliance on information shown on it, or from your dealings with any Provider linked from it — including issues with activation, coverage, billing, or refunds, which are the Provider's responsibility, not ours.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
